15 Days Returns

At DxDeals.com, our Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. Customers have the right to return their products within 15 days of receipt, whether in the UAE or internationally, without needing to provide a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@dxdeals.com with your order number and details of your return request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions and a prepaid shipping label for the return. All products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels and tags intact.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
