Warranty Policy

 

Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from DxDeals.com come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship (please refer to the exclusions below).

Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team through our contact us page. We will need your order details along with a detailed description of the issue, and if possible, accompanying photos or videos.

Repair or Replacement
If the problem is covered under the warranty, we will either repair or replace the item at the discretion of our service center. If a replacement is necessary, it will be with a new product. The repair process may take up to 14 working days from the date the item is picked up until it is dispatched back to you.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes compatibility issues or failures caused by equipment not provided by DxDeals.com, breakages such as screen/display damage, defects from customer misuse, software alterations, failure to follow usage instructions, liquid spills, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product. DxDeals.com will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances.

Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Changes
DxDeals.com reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time.
